    1:50 a big reason why you can't come down more slowly is you are a bit too close to the wall. Move ~4-6" futher away. You can kind of tell if you look back at video of yourself from the side as you do unsupported negative like you do near the end. If there was a wall in front of you the same distance you had in the wall drills, Your head & upper back would be protruding into the wall. Standing on some blocks or blocks uder your hands can get the feel for it w/o having to commit as much or if you don't have the flexibility (which you clearly do IMO). Your hands should be far enough away so that when in the straddle up position, if you lean ~ an inch too far, your but will hit the wall, you should then be able to tilt back away from the wall to your ballance point. Also when doing the jump ups to handstand pause for 2-3 seconds in the up position, don't let yourself immediately drop back down. In time work up to staying in the up straddle position b4 raising your legs for 5, 10, 20, 30 seconds b4 coming back down, also while doing the drill at the beginning of the video. Another good drill is when in those up straddle positions let your shoulders collapse then extend them, this last part could put on unwanted stress so doing this supported or less than your full weight would be good. The one's you did w/ the ball were a bit better, there was a bit of a pause in the up position.

    It looks like someone should learn this over sand or padding. If a foot catches the bar as your flying over over, that could lead to a devastating injury.

    What a great video. The drills are practical. That said there was an interesting (concept) video showing a wall facing drill, his chest was facing the wall, where all the guy did was show himself doing the handstand press over and over again with no drills (and him talking over the action). Have you ever seen this and if so, what are your thoughts on this approach?

    Very good instructions many forget about the leg positioning witch is key as well as reposition your wrists. You use an explosive pull up for the extra rotation on the wrist this sin´t easy but can also be done by rotating them during rotation of the shoulders pro tip use chalk!

    Nice tutorial and really appreciate it. I'm struggling with bringing my chest above the bar as transiting from the pull-up to the dip. Probably I'll incorporate toes to bar exercise to my workout as the progression.

    actually, the ones facing the wall seem scarier, because if people fall, they'll be doing a front limber without their consent. i'm flexible, so it's fine, but someone has a much higher risk of getting hurt that way than with the wall at their back. great video though! i'm definitely gonna use these tips. loved your press handstand one as well.
